Over ten years ago, Founder and CEO Michael Rose set out on a mission to deliver quality branded products to meet his customers’ needs. As an innovator set on solving problems and delivering value, the business evolved over the years to meet the changing needs of their loyal clients. Rose Group Marketing is an “implementation marketing” firm. Their specialty is keeping the tactical side of their clients’ marketing projects flowing as smoothly as the creative ideas. Simply put, they know how to keep things on time, within budget and right the first time – from top down, their mantra is to provide results.

Michael Rose combines an analytical outlook and the spirit of an entrepreneur to bring his own touch of excellence and style to Rose Group Marketing.

Michael speaks for various organizations on marketing, communications, and business growth. Michael is a contributing member of numerous professional organizations, including American Marketing Association, Meeting Professionals International, International Association of Business Communicators, and the Promotional Products Association International. He is also actively involved in Entrepreneurs’ Organization, American Red Cross and the Southlake Chamber of Commerce. Michael holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both, Biochemistry and Chemistry from Texas Wesleyan University.

 

Nikole has always been one to identify an opportunity. When she met Rose Group Marketing’s CEO, Michael Rose in 2006, she knew instantly there was something unique about their connection. Soon after they met, they discovered that they both shared a passion for marketing and achieving results. Rose quickly recruited Nikole and the rest is history.

Prior to Rose Group Marketing, Nikole’s professional history spans over 14 years working with mid to large corporations in all aspects of marketing. She has led and managed several business teams to achieve success, and she has earned the admiration and confidence of both her peers and clients along the way.

Nikole is a natural fit for the world of small business. She has a razor sharp ability to analyze a situation, identify the steps of an action plan, and successfully implement a project or program seamlessly which generates positive results for her clients.

 

Carl has spent over twenty years in the practice of developing creative solutions for helping clients achieve their goals. His experience ranges from Fortune 500 to start ups and includes; retail, automotive, restaurant, hospitality and technology. After receiving his graduate degree from Northwestern University in 1990, he began his career with Ogilvy and Mather in their Chicago office for seven years. He then migrated south to continue his career with a host of other highly recognized agencies.

His work has garnered national recognition and has been featured in “Graphis” and CA and has been the recipient of numerous awards including an “EFFIE” given by the American Marketing Association for campaigns showing the greatest measureable results in a category.

He currently resides in Dallas and in addition to working with Rose Group Marketing is a part-time professor at Southern Methodist University.

Lou Ann has over 25 years in the advertising/graphics industry. She graduated from Virginia Tech in 1983 with a degree in art. Soon after, she began working in New York city for Dentsu/Young and Rubicam and then N.W. Ayer on national accounts including Citibank, AT&T and Cannon Office Products, where she honed her skills in print production and project management. After relocating to North Carolina in 1991, Lou Ann began to utilize her design skills when Mac computers and Adobe software revolutionized the graphics industry and she began working as a production mac artist for McDonalds, Asheville Tourism and Husqvarna. For the past 16 years, she has continued to design and produce hundreds of newsletters, catalogs, brochures, ads, and direct mail materials with an advanced knowledge of QuarkXPress, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
